One evening in April 2020, Andy and his son Sebastian played a livestream show on Facebook. It's still online here:

In lockdown for weeks, they opened up with a version of Andy's 1996 single 'Get Back Home', which sounded like it had been changed to 'Stay At Home'.

A fan wrote to Andy on Twitter suggesting he re-record the song for the times we're living in. "That's a good idea", thought Andy. He recorded it that weekend with Sebastian.

"Sounds deluxe!" said the young drummer, and Andy sent the mix to Rod McVey in Belfast, who added piano, Hammond and funky clavinet. "it'll be rough and ready" wrote Rod. It wasn't.

Andy sent the mix to John Leckie in Oxfordshire to ask if it sounded OK. The next morning, John sent the mix back mastered and ready to go. "It's tickling about -8dB", he said.

And here it is. Stay at home!
